Is this solid build for gaming at 1080p (possibly 1440p) ++++60fps and should i change mobo?!?!?

Looks pretty solid, if you want AMD it is very well valued.

I would still buy an aftermarket cooler for your CPU, the aftermarket is almost always better than stock coolers.

Just take a look at this video to see the difference between stock and aftermarket.

If you're looking for high frame rate 1080p, the 9600K at this price point is still the winner (and a little cheaper) as seen here:

As you can see, it wins in averages, 1% lows, and notably it wins pretty heavily in 0.1% lows. And that's even in heavily threaded games like Assassin's Creed Origins. The 9600K will also OC quite a bit more.

 

 The 5700 XT is an unbeatable value right now, so good choice there. Here's what I'd do:
