Is the corsair h100i gtx compatible with the new Ryzen cpus?

Go to solution Solved by Corsair Nick,

Since the H100i GTX and other similar model Corsair coolers launched well before AM4 did, we released a bracket for people like you looking to re-purpose their coolers on newer platforms.  Link below to the bracket:

I have an corsair h100i gtx I remember it came with an amd socket but i'm not sure if that's compatible the new ryzen cpus, can somebody tell me? if the socket it came with is not compatible is Corsair selling a new bracket separately to make it compatible?

As long as it supports AM4 socket, then you're good.

I don't guess so, because I can't find AM4 in the list with compatible sockets.

This is why I love y'all are present. Side note, have you guys considered more in-depth manuals? I tried lining up the standoff sizes with what it showed in the image for my 115i Platinum, and they were the wrong ones initially...

Not sure if I am dumb, or what. Plus, there were 3 sets of standoffs for Intel it looked liked which threw me off too.

Maybe its an option to say the same thing on your site, so people know they can buy a separate bracket for these coolers.

Thanks...always trying to help out the community where I can.  Always open to feedback like that, and I'll let our product managers know.  One thing we have done over the last few months is create a Corsair How-To channel on YouTube with detailed installations for most of our products.  We're adding more content regularly, so if there is anything you guys want to see, let me know so my team can put it in the queue.

We actually did on the previous Ryzen landing page when it first launched, but it looks like it might have been removed for the update with Ryzen 3000.  All of our new Pro and Platinum Hydro coolers come with AM4 brackets standard, which weren't launched yet when the original Ryzen platform was first announced.
