Best GPU as of 2019 for my CPU

I'm just now getting into pc gaming and I want to build a cheap device before I go all in. I currently have a dell mini tower with an i5-3570 non k. I want the best gpu that wont bottleneck. Price range doesnt matter that much. Is an rx580 8gb worth it or is there a better option? I have almost no money in the tower so paying more for a gpu is okay with me. Thanks

RX 570, in the US dont spend more than ~$130.

The CPU will be a limiting factor sometimes, but it depends on the game.

If the tower only has half height slots, you are boned.

I think the 570 8GB will bottleneck big time thanks to that CPU.  I mean you will get enjoyable experience but with a more modern CPU the frame rates will spike up big time.  My cousin runs his 570 8GB I bought for him on his Core 2 Quad and he was shocked at the difference compared to the 760 he had in there which I also got him.  I told him wait til you get a new CPU things will be like 40fps faster if not more or less depends on the game and what not.

I don't think so. I ran a 4690K at stock clocks with an RX 580 and that was fine. These two chips aren't that different in performance.

I think a used Sapphire Nito+ RX 570 will work great for you.

Using a RX 470 on an i7-2600k@stock and its not generally not bottlenecked.  Overclocking the CPU to 4.4ghz helps some, but not a ton.

i5 will limit a bit more because of no HT, but should be fine for most games.

Your correct, it will be just fine.  Im just saying with a more powerful CPU your frame rates will go up as the CPU can handle the AI and other things at ease and allow for the GPU to do its thing and dish out frame rates as fast as possible.

That is good.  A 470 on a OCed Sandy Bridge won't really give a bottleneck at all.  We have a Sandy 2600 @ 4.2 in the house.  The iGPU make sh*T in windows so freakin fast and smooth and what not.  I won't get that with AMD.  So will I settle for a Ryzen.. Only time will tell.

I had a R5 1400 as well, performance is pretty much equal between R5 1400 @ 3.8ghz and i7-2600k @ 4.4ghz.

Cant speak for IGP though, my Z77 board lacks proper video outputs and R5 didnt have an IGP.
