Should I get a 580 ,590 or 1660 ti having in consideration my psu

ItzUknown

I was thinking about getting a 580 or 590 or even a 1660 ti because where I live a 1050 ti cost around 140 - 180 euros and a 580 around 205 euros 590 close to 230 euros and a 1660 ti ~ 300 euros but I have a problem I have a gigabyte B700h but because it is 80 plus bronze it loses 10% which means that it has 630W and I also have a ryzen 2600 will it be fine or will I need a psu upgrade?? (It is a mini itx motherboard also so not to much power draw and I have a 1050 ti G1 gaming so not a lot of watts there too)

Your calculations are a bit flawed. If you want to read up on how the classifications work check out this post.

Like @ComputerNerdDude158 said, you should be fine. You will just be pulling 812,5 max from the wall, since up to 20% will be  'wasted' netting in a max usage of 650.

Unraid system: Epyc 7352, 24/48, 96GB ECC buffered @2666mhz, 2x GT710, GTX1050Ti

700W on outputs on DC, so you can drive 700W worth of gear but draw from the wall will be equal to around 840W on full bang

Your PSU is more than enough to handle a 580. I would suggest looking online right now to see what you can get on Ebay. I saw an 8GB 580 a couple weeks back for $90 USD.
