Reset router, can't access configuration page

Croissant

I reset my router to factory settings, but now when I try to access the configuration page via wireless or ethernet, the configuration page refuses to load. I'm using the default IP address, which is also what ipconfig shows to be what I should be using to access the page. I've always used that ip. What am I doing wrong?

For some reason my router requires me to connect to it via HTTPS, so if you might want to give that a shot.
