So, the new raspberry pi 4 seems to have a cpu with a metal cover instead of a plastic (pi 3 and before) so it’s could be possible to create a custom aio for it but it would be difficult, also completely unnecessary, just exactly what I think Ltt would do, I wanna see it happen

There already are liquid cooling kits for the previous PIs.

You don't need a metal cover to watercool a chip.

I don't see why you couldn't watercool a chip with a plastic heatspreader.

thermal glue, tiny water block (like the Alphacool MCX One) 5x15x15mm should fit?  Rest is just water cooling parts

There are kits specific for the Pi that use 1/4OD (fishtank aerator size) tubing.
