I will buy a wd blue ssd 500gb for my laptop

is it good or buy another

Neither are amazing, but will definitely get the job done for daily use so I don't have a problem with either. I personally use a WD Blue M.2 solely because it was on sale at the time. Performance will always be better than a hard drive so if that's all you're looking for, go for whichever is cheaper. Both should be solid in terms of reliability.

These are fine, though not especially high-performance. What is your budget, and what do you hope to accomplish?

I'd opt for the Crucial MX500 personally.

60$ i do not use it for  high-performance (use for web development)
