Looking for a monitor upgrade

I have been looking around for a good budget is monitor and I've came to decide on the water vg270 or the rg270, I can’t find the differences and I’ve seen some confusion on faulty screens. If anyone could clear this up for me, it would be a great help.

I can't find any different either except I like RG270 design more. It also look a lot slimmer.
