Windows did not detected a propely installed network adapter

Hey i dont have internet even tho the cable is connected i just had ten min ago but when i changed my gpu i didnt have and now i got my old gpu back and now i still dont have please help

Have you tried restarting your system?

What motherboard do you have?

Did you mess with the bios? Does the interface show up there?

Ok. try this then:

Hold shift and go to the start menu and press "shutdown". After the computer is turned off you can let go of shift. Then turn the PC back on.

Ok. try this then:

If ur ethernet port has died u can pick up a cheap card to replace for around £7.
