The 6450 is a trash card (no offense), ofc it's gonna run gta bad.

DUDE, I told you to buy a rx 460. I even provided you an ebay link.  YOU DIDN'T LISTEN. You bought a different card. I original told you to buy an rx 470 and a new power supply. YOU kept saying "I need cheaper. I need cheaper". So I told you to get an RX 460, which runs GTA Just fine.  You didn't listen. Then you got a $15 graphics card and YOU BLAME ME BECAUSE IT RUNS LIKE CRAP?

AMD is a brand, they make many Graphics cards. @Sat1600 told you to buy an rx 460, which is a GPU made by AMD. Of you just saw he said to buy AMD and got a 6450, that's on you.

You gotta understand, when he says and AMD card is good, that doesn't mean every AMD card. He specifically said the Rx 460/470, not the 6450. You can't "negative rep" his profile either. Please read thoroughly before assuming something ?.
