Help! Keyboard Backward Slash not working- cant find solution

I've come on here before and its helped immensely, so here's another issue.

I have a Logitech g213 keyboard and the Backslash key below the question mark does not work. Before you say its the keyboard, the mystery thickens when i tell you that I can use the question mark key. Meaning I can [SHIFT] + [BACKSLASH] AND GET A QUESTION MARK. ITS NOT THE SWITCH. Besides, its a membrane keyboard anyways. I've checked the windows virtual keyboard and the same key does not work. Heres the strange thing, I dont have any key remapping software at all. But however the backslash on my numpad works on its own. Any ideas people?

Did you install the logitech software that is compatible with that keyboard? It also contains device drivers, so it's worth a shot.

Brands I wholeheartedly reccomend (though do have flawed products): Apple, Razer, Corsair, Asus, Gigabyte, bequiet!, Noctua, Fractal, GSkill (RAM only)

Wall Of Fame (Informative people/People I like): @Glenwing @DrMacintosh @Schnoz @TempestCatto @LogicalDrm @Dan Castellaneta

1.Did you try to reinstall the keyboard driver?

2.Did you try a different user on the same computer?

3.Try a windows scan. It checks for corrupt filesystems and replaces them with a cached version.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system

Or maybe a windows repair might work as well.
