Pc build won’t boot to bios

I’m almost done with my first pc build, everything is plugged in and in my case however when I go to start my pc I get absolutely no output.

My specs are:

Ryzen 7 2600x

Zotac 1070 mini

Asus ROG Strix B-450f

2*8GB Corsair Vengeance 

 

If it helps on my motherboard the lights near my ram only one of them is lit up

Also if it helps my gpu fans aren’t spinning but I’ve taken it out and put it in many times

take both your RAM sticks out, then try again with 1 stick at a time, make sure they both work (or don't) make sure you unplug and drain your system (turn on with it unplugged) before seating your RAM
