vpn blocked by public wifi

Is there any workaround for this? I've tried each of these settings and none will connect image.png.5d12e2093e27c149e136b6d81aad4624.png

I'm stuck in hospital and ptp filesharing is blocked. Youtube works fine but anything I'd want to use has been blocked.

Set your own openvpn server and run in on tcp 80

Its the hospitals WiFi and their rules. And yes they can block any traffic they choose. They probably dont want you sharing files as that will eat up bandwidth. My opinion is to deal with it. Also getting around security blocks or telling any one how to do it is against our community standards here. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
