Can i use this for 4k video editing ?

Hello guys, can i get your advice here for budget 4k video editing setup ?

This is my set up, will it be good, what can i change?

I'm not looking for something verry fast, but I don't it to be verry laggy something moderate. The other thing is that I can get this setup second hand for  300 USD is it worh it ? Or i have to buy something brand new ? Thank you for your help and sorry for my english!

I'm not a pro at editing stuff, but I can safely say no. Don't quote me on this, in case someone else says it's possible.

That looks pretty good. $300 seems like a good price. That CPU does support Intel Quick Sync which could be very helpful. You might need a bit more RAM, but you can try that combination while watching your task manager and see how much is being used. I would add another SSD for working with videos, maybe 480-1000 GB if possible (the larger ones are faster.) The Samsung 860 EVO would be a good choice.
