Cant install xbox app(XGP) on Win 10 LTSC

Hi the thing is i wanted to download the new xbox beta app and subscribe to xbox game pass(mainly to play Monster Hunter World) but since i have the LTSC version of Win 10 and the xbox app requires the 1903 update its not letting me install it nor update the OS to the 1903 build, i was wondering if there's a way to install the xbox app to use the xbox game pass service on Win 10 LTSC because i dont want to switch back to the absurdly bloated Win 10 Pro just so i can enjoy the xbox game pass games
