Should I upgrade or buy a switch?

Good afternoon, I live in the UK and my current setup is as follows:

CPU - I5 4460

GPU - 1050TI windforce

RAM - 8GB hyperx Fury DDR3

Mobo - MSI Z97 PC MATE

I was thinking of upgrading my CPU RAM and MOBO, buy like a bundle or something from ebay for around 250 GBP (Ryzen 5 2600). Now if there are any better budget options or ideas I would really appreciate it if you tell me, but then again I had the thought of buying a switch, looks really good and I am nintendo fan for years. What should I do?

the question is what is your goal with this upgrade and what do you play mostly?

i think the first you would be looking at getting a GPU. the 1050ti isnt great.

not enough parameters to go on,like are you wanting to overclock? what resolution you gonna game at? is this for gaming only or also work?
