hello guys i'm wondering why pro players have like 350 mbps and they got 2 ping but mine i have 350 mbps and i get 33 ping is theres something i need to do to get 2 ping

The pro players most likely have fiber internet.

pro players normally have a dedicated line. a way that you could speed it up is by using a different dns server like 1.1.1.1

Depends how close you are to the servers physically too- not just how fast your internet is.
