Posted June 19 · Original PosterOP Hi all I need your help. I am trying to build a PC on the budget ( 300 dollars is my limit ) . This PC will b used for video editing and graphics work. I was looking at CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2670 2.60GHz and Xeon e5 2420v2 Mobo: MFU Intel X79-B75 2011https://www.amazon.com/MFU-X79-B75-E5-2620-Memory-Motherboard/dp/B07PCN4CSR/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?keywords=x79 motherboard&qid=1560687954&s=gateway&sr=8-1-fkmr0&tag=linus21-20 is this mobo compatible with Xeon E5-2670 2.60GHz I know its not listed on amazon but I have heard that it is... _____________ Over all Im lost as I dont know what I should be looking at first mobo then cpu or cpu then mobo ? You can also find an r9 280x. Ah, i just re-read the thing. Hd 7850 is cheap and good. Does draw a bit of power, but it offers some flexibility since it is using GCN and has the driversupport.
