kaspersky anti virus help

Good evening!

I jsut need some help. As of today everytime I want to access a website a kaspersky image will show and say ,,this connection is not secure" and something about a missing certificate. If I can access a website it often blocks part of the content of the website, this hasnt happened before. How do  i fix this without disabling my anti virus?

PS: tiping a a search in the the bar at the top will never works it always shows the error, restarting the pc or router didnt help too

Try uninstalling and reinstalling it.

Just uninstall kaspersky. All antiviruses are crap imo, and mostly come with more bloatware, windows defender is good enough. The best defense is to not be an idiot on the web, don't go to shady sites and use some common sense.

Do you actually have Kaspersky installed? If you do, use their uninstall utility if they have one. If not it could be a browser hijacker. Make sure no extensions that you dont recognize are installed.

Yeah hope he didn't pay for it, antivirus doesn't really do much other than eating up your computing power for no apparent reason.

I want to keep kaspersky, if i desiable the extension in chrome, will i still have protection?
