Did you read the part where if you're not actually planning to buy/build that part list in the next week or two, it's for nothing.  Prices and parts WILL change between now and black friday, it would be FAR wiser to wait until a week from Black Friday to actually get the highest value for your money.  Otherwise you're going to be hunting for parts that were good value now, but could be replaced by far better making them soon a bad value for new builders (take even the next week for example when Ryzen 3000 and Navi 5700 (XT) comes out).

Yes it's getting out of hand. Again use @ to address people you want to thank or mention or reply directly to their post. People aren't going to be notified unless they're following your thread or combing through the forum for updated threads. Speaking of updates if your issues or question has been resolved it's best not to post anymore since further posting pushes your thread to the top pushing other threads that may still need help further down the list.

the cpu said on pc part picker that it was not sold on amazon

PCPartPicker is not an authority on where things are sold, they miss listings, they're not designed to find every store, it's more about checking compatibility and suggestions.

Yes it's the same CPU, a Ryzen 1600 is a Ryzen 1600.  That said it's not worth buying at that price, even on a tight budget you can get a Ryzen 2600 now for essentially the same price.  Or maybe something like a Ryzen 3400g.
