Think My Mobo Sensor Is Failing

So my Asus Sabertooth x79 motherboard has been showing temps of 44-45c Idle in bios and in windows using both Aida64 and HWMonitor. While gaming or using Prime95 or Aida64 to stress the CPU and GPU the highest it got was 47c. Is the sensor failing or are those normal temps for my board?

Forgot to mention that my CPU temps were fine peaking at 63c at 4ghz
