3930k at 4.5ghz bottlenecking modern gpus?

Do you think my processor would bottleneck any modern gpus like 2080tis?

Depends what games and resolutions, but in general, probably. At 1080p you're almost definately bottlenecking, but at 1440p you should be relatively ok, and 4k is basically always GPU bound.

With 1440p and 4k will be fine.

 

1080p you will bet some bottleneck, just use RES scale always to max and will be fine. 

 

Its still a great cpu.
