Random slow downloads

When downloading games from steam, uplay, blizzard I get around 7mb downn. Yet when installing a game from the microsoft store I will always get around 32- 42 mb down. Any possible reasoning behind this ?

Check to make sure the clients are not limiting your download speeds. I am pretty sure that Battlenet limits download speeds, but today when I re downloaded Borderlands 2 on Steam it said unlimited...
