DUAL MONITOR SETUP ISSUE

So i recently setup dual monitors and was just wondering if this is the same for everyone or if there is a way to change it. The issue being when I click on a tab on my second monitor it pulls me out of opened tabs on the first

Is the same for everyone, to fix it you must put the program on borderless window so it dosent close when you tab to the other monitor
