Hello everyone,

 

As of now, i am planning on upgrading my old motherboard and cpu. 

 

Will the MSI MPG Z390 paired with the i5-9400f be good enough?

AMDr Ryzen 5 3600 | ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0| 8GB Ram |  MSI GTX 980 Ti 6G | CM MasterBox Q300L | Primary: Samsung Evo 850 250GB

 

Secondary: WD Blue 1 TB | Cooler Master V850

2. 2 weeks before Zen 2 launch? I'd wait for that

1. For 1080p Gaming.

 

2. In my country, they pretty much increase the prices for the newer electronic stuff, for instance, the cpu will cost me $280 while that motherboard will be price at $245. Pair that with 2x 8gb ram and i will be a bit overbudget. P.S those prices are already converted to my country currency.

 

So what is your opinion on this? I am tight on budget and i will have to wait for another year of saving in order to get the newer parts.

wait for the price drop for existing products then.

What are your other options? Country of origin? Where we can see a sample of a local webshop or online retailer? :)

 

I'D rather much choose B450 board&phase out 2600 with possible huge discount, it'd be more future-proof. 

Life is really challenging. I don't always suceed: )

Other options, will be the ASRock B450 Pro4 paired up with an AMD Ryzen 5 2600. This seems to be the one that you have mention, right? Unless the phase out 2600 is a differet CPU, i am a bit off the loop with the CPUs, i do apologize about that. I have not yet ask the shop for the price of their ASRock B450 Pro4 along with the AMD Ryzen 5 2600.

 

For the sample, sadly, it is mostly local computer shop here, we don't have any reliable online retailer here in Brunei except for the ones that sells through their facebook page.
