Thought so.....Well yeah im gonna look at changing my PSU in the near future and hope my issue is resolved. I'm not greatly worried about it at this stage as the worst that can happen is if im in the top 10 of a Fortnite game, i dont win if it freezes on me hahhaah. Thanks again for your help.

Come to think of it, could these freezes that happen every blue moon, damage any hardware? I seem to just force restart and im back on my way and dont think it would harm anything else but im not 100% ?

I know this is very old thread but you can also get the power freeze if you are using too much power from the rooms circuit... I have a whole workstation setup with a server rack and my workstation build (32 core glycol chilled threadripper) Using a Corsair Ax1200i and i see 1000 watt usage EASY... If i have the rack going and the workstation loads up it freezes because im overloading the rooms circuit, One way you can prevent this issue is by using a UPS so the battery can fill in the voltage drops... This is NOT IDEAL and i should run more power to the room but its a quick fix....
