Connect SIM card to my laptop

Hey guys,

I was wondering if there was any way to connect a SIM card to my laptop, perhaps through a USB port or an RJ-45 jack in order to have LTE connectivity on my laptop (which doesn't natively have a SIM slot). I'm not sure if this is possible, but I don't see why not as there are USB to WiFI adapters, but I haven't been able to find any adapters during, admitedly rather short, searching around time on Google.

also the first google search i did came up with multiple ebay ads etc with a dongle for 4g lte. i typed in simcard to usb adapter

Does your laptop have an LTE Antenna?  A SIM card doesn't get the signal from the air, that's the antenna.

The search term you're looking for is LTE DONGLE. They aren't cheap and may require additional plan options on your account.

at that price youre better of just buying a LTE modem tbh

There's something wrong with that pricing. Amazon gives more reasonable $40-$80USD. Plus there's probably really good used markets for these. Or at least we have that in here. I could get working one for €20 or less.
