I need help picking a GPU that's good for gaming at 4K 60fps. What do you recommend?

The 2080TI is the clear winner.

 

A runner up would be the RTX 2080 and if you really want to go Team Red, the Radeon VII

 

For 4K60, you really don't have many choices.

 

Personally, I would go for the RTX 2080 as the TI is a bit too much for my liking.
