A good air cooler for a i5 9600k, planning on overclocking to 4.4ghz

Ah, I saw the specs wrongly. You can shift the front fan slightly up for more ram clearance anyway

1mm or extra headroom according to specs is generally plenty for accommodating for manufacturer tolerances.

Corsair LPX is standard profile which nearly all coolers are designed to accommodate.

PCPartPicker is pretty good about including the fans and accessories under the power draw estimation.

The estimated 400w is already generous. A good 450w would be plenty. For the sake of future upgrades, I'd recommend going with a good ~550w.

You can see examples of more power hungry systems drawing much less at load: https://www.anandtech.com/show/13973/nvidia-gtx-1660-ti-review-feat-evga-xc-gaming/15

@Captain_Norway 4.4ghz isn't much and either cooler would be fine for that but the DR4 is much quieter. If you're interested in saving some money, there are usually more cost-effective coolers. Where are you shopping / located?

I am from norway, i shop from websites such as komplett.no, elkjop.no, norwegian stores basically.

The boost clock is at 4.6ghz, i am planning to overclock to about 4.8ghz or something similarly. I would prefer a cheap cooler which is able to provide enough cooling.

The Fortis 3 is good: https://www.prisjakt.no/product.php?p=3902048

If you want a bit more headroom, the Macho Rev. B is better: https://www.prisjakt.no/product.php?p=2894845

For my use case which one should i choose based on overclocking to about 4.8 ghz, basically between dark rock 4 and Macho Rev. B

The Fortis 3 performs similarly to the DR4 but isn't as quiet. Unless the DR4 is just as cheap, the Fortis 3 and Macho Rev. B provide better cooling for the money.
