Which is best?

I just want to know what I should get. Either, a Razer Blade with around the same performance as my system ( the system I'm selling ) with the following specifications -

i7 6700HQ

16GB DDR4 2400

GTX 1060 6GB

256GB m.2 sata ssd

1440p 60hz panel ( touch )  15"

Or should I build a new system that is alot more powerful with the following specifications  -

Ryzen 5 1600
Nzxt Kraken M22

16GB DDR4 2400

GTX 1070 8GB

250gb kingston a400 m.2 ssd + 2TB WD Black 7.2k rpm

Corsair TX650W Gold

Nzxt H500

I could benefit from a laptop since I go to my grandpa's house every weekend and I typically bring my computer.

I also enjoy moving around alot with a laptop since I previously owned one. But maybe I should just switch for a more powerful system but in a mATX or ITX chasis

so I'll still have the aspect of being mobile.

My Rig:

The purpose of visiting each weekend is... irrelevant.

Also, kindly step out of my life, I spend time with my family often. I never detailed that I would even be gaming in the first place. I mostly do video editing for my friends youtube channel and he needs someone to do the job. I do videos on the weekends since my buddy produces videos during those times and on the weekdays.

I also do other things such as photoshop for his thumbnails, or I'll go on the forums, I might finish some programs I was creating last week using python. Or maybe create a game using C++. Lots of GPGPU tasks, or if I'm in the mood, I might consider to watch a youtube video.  Those ( mostly besides forum browsing and video watching ) are productive purposes and one of them is actually my job so I can get money. If I don't have something at my grandpa's house then I will be not getting paid.

Not to say now and again I won't game, I game occasionally. CSGO, TF2, BF1, Witcher 3 etc... but I spend time with my family regardlessly.

I would say that you should buy the laptop because with the pc you would also have to bring the monitor. Unless there is a monitor at you grammas house in which case you should go with the pc
