So my local computer store has Asus x570 boards to pre order.

Price difference is $10 usd difference compared to the old asus hero. Hardly the huge price increase that was promised.

Any confirmation from the seller that those aren't just stand-in prices?  They might change at launch or a little sooner?

I can't seem to pull those X570 boards up on their site anymore.  Can you @kiwibacon?

We’re expecting $359 USD for comparison, per a TechPowerUp story.

I have to wonder if this is a mistake by the vendor.

Edit: oh, the big wildcard here might be US tariffs. Not sure how that affects Asus’ motherboard business but it might play a role in US pricing.

Hope you are right amigo.. NZD 500 would be still okay to pay for a ROG C Hero.. more than that will stop me switching - Did you call them up?
