i5-4570 + gtx 1660 build plan

I found this build on userbenchmarks and it is pretty much exactly what I've been planning on putting together except i have 4 8gb sticks of ram.

 

UserBenchmarks: Game 76%, Desk 75%, Work 45%
CPU: Intel Core i5-4570 
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1660
SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 250GB 
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 500GB
RAM: Samsung M378B5173QH0-CK0 2x4GB
MBD: HP EliteDesk 800 G1 TWR

Would this build give me 144FPS at 1080p on games like fortnite and at least 60FPS at 1080p in games like Battlefield V hopefully on at least medium?

What kind of performance can i expect? And if anyone has a similar build i would love to hear about it!

You already own the CPU or planning on buying it? As it’s a 6yr old cpu 4c/4t. 

A 2600 will perform better or similar.

Yes i have the motherboard, CPU and RAM inside a large old case. I will need a new PSU though.
