Creating reusable Windows 10 USB?

Yup, I can say from own experience that it is reusable. :) I do, however, recommend to update is once every "half year-ish" (or whatever), in order to have a fresher Windows installation with more updates preinstalled, but in general this isn't really necessary. Reuse it as many times as you wish, and have fun with your new build job! :)

So for my first build job that I did for my dad, I downloaded Windows 10 from my personal rig to a USB and used that to boot and get Windows up and running on the PC. Now, I have another build job coming up so I just want to know if I can use the same USB again. The settings I used when creating the media tool were: Language-English, Windows 10, and Architecture-64 bit. I'm pretty sure the USB is reusable or not depending on these settings. Thanks for any answers.

It's reusable until you run into 32bit hardware (which you never really will).

Also, I just want to know if having a USB 3.0 flash drive will improve download speeds for Windows significantly. I believe it does, right?

As long as it's not a shit-tier one, it certainly will.

It does, but it's definitely not necessary. I've installed Windows countless times via a USB 2.0 flash drive and had no issues whatsoever, and isn't nearly as slow as you'd think. :)
