Connected to network but no internet access

I tried everything I could find on the internet but nothing helped. The problem persists on every device that I connect. Router: tenda w311r+. IT isn't a problem from my ISP either

is the router giving you a local IP address? an mask? a gateway?, some more info please

Check if you get IPs by DHCP.

Check if the DNS Server you are getting is up and running.
