My fisrt gamer computer build, i need sugestions :)

I'm building my first computer for games and work, so my goal is basicaly run this games generation on ultra or at least high performance. I do not understand much of hardware so i'm looking for help to check out my current spec list, hope someone could help me:

 

CPU  - Intel Core i7-8700 Coffee Lake, Cache 12MB, 3.2GHz (4.6GHz Max Turbo), LGA 1151 - BX80684I78700
CPU COOLER  - Hyper 212 EVO 
Motherboard  - Gigabyte Z390 Gaming X, Intel LGA 1151, ATX, DDR4
Power Supplie  - Corsair 650W 80 Plus Gold Modular RM650X - CP-9020091
GPU   - Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Gaming OC 6G, GDDR6 - GV-N2060GAMING OC-6GD
RAM   - (2x) Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB 2400Mhz DDR4 CL15 Black - HX424C15FB2/8

 

That's ir for now, any sugestion? Any incompatibility?

Quick question, what do you mean by "work"? like do you mean editing videos or something?

You could get a cheaper chipset since you're getting a locked CPU.

 

What's your monitor resolution and fresh rate?

Since you are getting a locked CPU, no need for the 212, you can use the stock Intel cooler. You can downgrade to the z370 chipset, as you are using an 8th gen processor, and z370 is cheaper. I don't know what monitor you are using, but judging by your specs, I would assume you can get an rtx 2070, it would be more worth it to put in your system, I would pair an rtx 2060 with a 9400f or something similarly tbh. Your PSU and ram are fine.
