Several dead/stuck pixels on laptop screen

My Toshiba Satellite A300 laptop has a bunch of dead/stuck pixels all clustered (about 60-80)

How do i solve this? The rubbing thing did not help is it maybe the gpu? (Radeon hd 3470M) i saw weird lines in a crash before, the pixels all appeared yesterday and today and it's getting worse over time, I don't know what to do20190609_011719_HDR.thumb.jpg.a6cdb11c5a46d10381146b76fbf22cbb.jpg
