Help! - CPU clocks limited

I have an MSI A55m E33 motherboard with and AMD 14-7300 APU. I am using a gt730 for my graphics. For some reason, when I go into click BIOS II, it will not let me set my clock above 105mhz. How do I overwrite this ?
