ASUS XG248Q Issue

Have not seen LTT do a review on this panel yet, but I am experiencing a weird issue. With ELMB on I experience very dulled out color/not a very bright screen. I am assuming this is a bug? This does not occur with Gsync turned on/disabled and only when ELMB is on. The difference is huge between this panel looking good and bad. Does anyone have an experience with this panel?
