Best monitor for $350 USD

VirtualBlack

What´s your suggestion for that price?

I need high pixel density because I do a lof reading on the computer so PPI is very important for me

I also game occassinally so it would be better if the monitor has Free-Sync or G-sync technologies

These are decent if you want a TN panel.

If you want a VA panel which has a hair more latency but far better colors and picture quality, I have something similar to the panel in this with my MSI MAG27CQ that I got for the same price last year.

4K IPS/VA at like 60hz/75hz is also possible at $350 but 4K is brutal in games and high refresh rate is so smooth even just for moving windows around the desktop and web browsing IMO.

While I often find pcpartpicker to not be very useful at finding deals, I've found it to work pretty well to find monitors with whatever specs you want. I'd also read up a little on TN, VA and IPS panels to learn the differences, I would recommend VA or IPS for you since having the fastest panel possible isn't your only concern.
