Found it, just enable “Bypass firewall rules for traffic on the same interface” under System/Advanced/Firewall&NAT.

Hi!

So i hit a bit of a trouble, there are  two networks with different address range(main: 10.x.x.x, secondary: 192.168.1.x). Both router is running pfsense, firewall rules in place and routing is done too on the main one(no NAT on the secondary router). The problem is that i cant reach anything on the "other side". Can ping the secondary router on both side bot nothing goes through it....

Any idea where i screwed it up?

/EDIT

Okay, kinda fixed it. Now ping goes through but still can access anything....

Now i have internet, but for some reason the upstream(main) router still blocks access to the main LAN, despite the pass rule in the firewall...
