Sounds like allied doctrine in 1944. 

 

And its not as much about flanking as its circumnavigating german heavy tanks since there were so few of them

The worse experience is with cheap Chinese manuals that have worse-than-Google-Translate translations.

Sometimes I can't even discern what are they talking about!
i.e. It's a f'ing portable MP3 player manual and it says something like 'are sure to off take the grapefruit on'.

This close combat game has its focus on the days after D-day. With the allied forces initial struggle against the germans

i have tried translating bits and pieces of chinese language ...
the struggle is real!

Here we go. Seems like a very though challenge and without any prior close combat experience what so ever. those read arrows visible on the area map are hopefully possible german reinforncement paths and not incoming german forces, i also hope this map isn't timebased and with that i mean that with every battle fought reinforcements are entering the que. but thats enough scarycat talk!
