HD 7850 Question..

Fortknox77

Hi,

I have a question.. I've got many old spare parts lying around and I wanted to put a HD 7850 2gb I had in a box in my 3rd computer. Iirc last time I used it years ago it was working properly..

Now tho.. when I go in the bios I have artefacts.. when im booted in windows 10 with windows drivers.. no artefacts.. and if I try to install amd drivers.. it always freeze. no matter how many time I tries to rinse & repeat.

safe boot, ddu, install, freeze, always no artefacts in windows and always in bios.

Is the card real dead? It was a decent lil card.. id rather use this one instead of a gtx750 or GeForce 9800gt in this computer.

If you guys have any ideas.. ( yeah I replaced the thermal paste )

Thanks
