Greetings, I hope you're all having a great day.

 

 

I recently finished my first build and I am happy about the parts I picked. However, I have some concerns regarding the SSDs & M.2s, my drives for the build consist of 1 Samsung 860 Evo 500GB (SSD) & 1 Samsung 970 Evo 500GB (M.2).

 

So, basically what I am hesitant about is the usage for both drives, I am planning to use the SSD for the OS and the M.2 for gaming purposes only as it has faster loading speed, but from what I have seen there is a slight difference between the SSD and the M.2 in terms of gaming, so would it better to use the M.2 for the OS and the SSD for gaming? I am okay with 5 seconds delay if that is the case.

 

Thoughts?
