are you making this program or is it premade?

 

I mean its nice to have acess to a list of programs and a uninstaller.

You can remove the entry from the registry: the entries are located at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

And whose computer are you trying the program not appear on?

Place consider your local laws and basic human decency before proceeding with whatever you are planning...
