cG Snake17

I'm having an issue where some websites aren't loading. Like twitter for example, but I can get YouTube and Netflix to load. I've updated my wifi card to the latest drivers,  tried to flush the dns, and have tried other browsers. I attached a screen shot of the exact error I get.

Specs:

cpu: i7 8700k

mb: asus 370A Prime

ram: 16 Gb gskill

psu: corsair RM750x

gpu: asus gtx 1080ti

storage: 1Tb Samsung 860 Evo

Try resetting TCP.

Open CMD in administrator mode and type the following commands:

1. ipconfig /release

2. ipconfig /all

3. ipconfig /flushdns

4. ipconfig /renew

5. netsh int ip set dns

6. netsh winsock reset

You can also try to reset your DNS service. Open services.msc from Windows search bar.

Go down the list till you find DNS client, right click and select restart.

The first thing you suggested didn't work and I can't reset the DNS client. It won't allow me to do anything in the properties of DNS client.
