What kind of cooling would you guys recommend, I would prefer to stay away from water cooling.

Dark Rock Pro 4, NH-D15, Cryorig R1 ultimate. Go with the biggest, baddest, beefiest air cooler you can.

I wouldn't buy that CPU in general. Its basically a nuclear reactor when it comes to heat.
