Fair price for a used 1070?

So I'm looking to pick up a used GTX 1070 for a project. What is a fair price for a used one? eBay seems to think it's around USD $250 but that seems... a little high. A 980 Ti would also be an option if it would be better value, so is it?

I can get one for £200 here. EVGA ACX card too. 1070ti for £270.

Wont pay more than $150 for cheap models, or $200 for the most premium waste of money model at current 1660 pricing.

980 Tis sell for about $150 on eBay, so would that be more worth considering than Pascal options

Twice the power draw of a 1660, two thirds more than the 1070 (reference specs), much bigger coolers, whether that's fine is up to you.

ok how about RX 590 i know its not a good card in general but it suppose to rivals the 1070.

well i would honestly wait for Navi to come out, the price is very bad IMO i could get a vega 56 blower for less or red devil with a bit more money.
