I personally use Sketchup for this.

It was simple enough and had my furniture in the download section already which made it a decent option.

i wonder if there's a section in the library with IKEA furniture ?

There sure is!

I personally have some IKEA furniture pieces in my room (including a Billy bookcase, Galant desk, some IKEA bed, some small CD sized shelves..) and it was quite helpful to productivity to not have to remake them.

I was able to try out a couple different desk setups and such in my room before actually moving stuff around/

If your phone supports ARCore then you could probably find apps for this on the Play Store

I need a room simulator with VR capability.

My room is trash and I want it to look nicer but I can’t be arsed cleaning or decorating.
