Is this camera decent?

I went trough some drawers at home and I found this older camera that nobody has been using for several years.

I dont know much about cameras and I cant try this one because the battery seems to be dead... I will try to let it charge for longer though. But I want to know if this is any good.

Currently I am using XBOX One Kinect as my webcam/streamcam and I was wondering if it would be worth it to get a capture card as it has HDMI Out and use this one instead if I get it to work.

Possibly. Digital only zoom isn't good, but it will do 1080p, so depending on low-light performance, it might be an improvement.

You'll have to run some side by sides and see...

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.
