So I really need a 1080p 144hz 1ms monitor, (freesync or gsync dont matter) so I could really use Your help. I was looking into the 27’ AOC C24G1. Any other suggestions? My budget is around 200-250€

Don't go 27" for 1080p, you'll notice pixels pretty easily.  I'd max 24" with 1080p.  27" for 1440p.

Go 27" 1440p with that PC you're buying, don't go 1080p with all that hardware.

Edit:  That monitor you linked IS 24" not 27".

I’m afraid of taking the risk, what if I won’t get stable 144fps on 1440p..

If you have to have 144hz, then go 1080p.

I think 2080 can pull it in 1440p.

Benchmarks say otherwise
